Trained in the Vinyasa style of yoga, Trey brings a modern flare to a traditional practice through the a combination of high-intensity sequences, restorative movements and moments of reflection that guide the student both physically and mentally. Through thoughtfully crafted sequences, Trey brings a unique perspective to his classes, helping to balance energies and create a stronger connection to self and community. In his practice, Trey merges the physical and the spiritual, bringing a sense of adventure, playfulness and balance to the mat. Students are welcomed as they are in that very moment and are encouraged to become their best self, on and off the mat, with each breath and posture encouraging them to unleash their own inner power.
